Come join me on the eastern skirt of Spivey Mountain with views toward downtown Asheville. (These views do disappear in the summer when the forest takes over the view). * A newly, completely renovated and larger bathroom is being completed 6/25- claw foot tub and a new walk in shower.* We are at the top end of Laurie Lane. My place is a 1970 cabin on 9 acres in the woods. In 1997 the original owners finished out the first floor. This is a large one bedroom with private expansive deck. There is a spacious well appointed kitchen- refrigerator/freezer, range w/oven. There is a kitchen, living room, den and bright bedroom with bathroom. There is a shared utility room with full sized washer and dryer. Glass windows/doors cover the entire east wall with large new deck looking over thick forest beyond. Utilities would be shared fairly- electric, WiFi/Internet (or you can provide your own). We are on a well, so no charge there but conservative use works best. There is a brand new wooden deck outside with picnic table and fire pit. I have dogs- a 14 y/o chihuahua/Jack Russell mix, Hennessey, and an 2 y/o red Lab puppy, Mary. Your pets, well trained and friendly will be welcome too. I'm gone much of the winter but am here most of the summer. If you like the outdoors you'll love this place. Contact me for a tour soon. Partially furnished plus includes all basic appliances- w/d, stove/oven, refrigerator/ freezer. Renter pays share of internet/WiFi, trash pickup and electricity. Non- smokers only. Pets must be friendly, quiet and well trained. References required. Water from a well on property and should be conserved.
