We have a renovated 2-bedroom apartment that is currently available. The renovations include the following: the apartment has been freshly painted with all hardwood floors redone. The apartment has been professionally cleaned and the apartment is ready for immediate occupancy. Finally, there is a new heating system in the basement. The existing tenants in the building are working professionals and all tenants are very quiet and respectful of each other. The entire building is non-smoking. Included in the rent are the heat, off-street parking for 2-cars and a washing machine and clothes dryer which are in the apartment. The property management team is available 7 days per week, works to resolve issues quickly and visits the property 5 - 7 times per week to ensure the common areas (e.g. hallways, laundry facilities, yard and parking lot) are clean and well maintained. Owner pays for heat Pets: Dogs are not allowed. A maximum of 2 cats is allowed. There is a monthly cat fee of $50.00 per month / per cat. 12-month lease is required
