We have recently completed the improvements on a 1st floor 1-bedroom apartment which will be ready for occupancy as of February 16, 2026. The recent renovations include the following: painting of the entire apartment, re-finishing the hardwood floors in the living room and the kitchen, adding a washing machine and clothes dryer into the apartment. Additionally, all necessary repairs have been completed. Finally, the heating system has been upgraded, and parking area was paved in September of 2024. Included in the rent are the heat and off-street parking for 2 vehicles. The building is non-smoking. The existing tenants are working professionals who enjoy a quiet and safe building to come home too. The property management team is available 7 days per week, they are dedicated, professional and resolve issues quickly. The property management team and the owner are frequently onsite to ensure the common areas (e.g. hallways, porches, yard and parking lot) are clean and well maintained. A 12-month lease is required. Up-to 2 cats are allowed - there is a $50.00 per cat / per month fee.
