The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, and the attached sunroom offers a peaceful space to relax. Outside, enjoy two patio spaces with a grill, dining table, and seating, along with a bike wash station on the side of the house. The home includes a washer and dryer for guest use. This property is pet-friendly, allowing dogs with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Renters must fill out a guest card to use amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, and golf, with a $30 fee associated with this. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open during weekends, so arrangements must be made in advance. Bella Vista is home to Northwest Arkansas's premier mountain bike trails, nature trails, golf courses, and lakes. You can walk, drive, or ride your bike around town to explore the area's attractions. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
