Property
Good condition, updated rennovation, clean and well maintained. Peeling paint in bathroom. Low light.
Management
Didn’t meet property manager or landlord. Only met the broker who failed to bring the paperwork. They emailed me the rental application and I had to fill in all the details about the rental fees, dates, location, etc. That felt unprofessional. The broker did answer my questions and respond to my texts in a timely way.
