This 1,100 sq. ft. unit is fully furnished with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a twin size bed in the second bedroom, and a full size sofa bed in the living room. It is a beautiful 2-bedroom 1-bath apartment that is walking distance from Wooster Square, and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. All utilities are included (gas, electricity, water, sewage, and high-speed Wi-Fi internet), as well as many amenities such as linens, towels, Keurig coffee maker, etc. Parking is free and on-street. There are a ton of great restaurants nearby (some walking distance, some a short drive/Uber). World Famous Pepe's and Sally's pizza is amazing, as well as all the other eateries in town. You're also a 5-10 minute drive away from West Haven beach in case you want to relax, get some sun and dip in the ocean on hot summer days. And of course, there is plenty of nightlife downtown (BAR, Geronimo and Barcade are favorites, just to name a few; please check local COVID restrictions regarding capacity). Lease duration is negotiable, but generally, we do ask for 1-month minimum. All utilities are included, so the tenant not responsible. No smoking indoors. As far as pets, 2 small dogs or 2 cats is perfectly fine. Maintenance is taken care of by landlord. Lastly, there is a cleaning fee of $100 upon tenant vacating the property (will be higher depending on pets/number of pets).
