Owner pays heating (hot water baseboard generally, electric baseboard in back bedroom), water heating, water and sewer, electricity, snow plowing, trash collection, landscaping and internet. Pets (dogs/cats) permitted but check with us if dog is large (over 25 lbs). Dogs may not be left unattended in apartment, unless they are quiet and in a crate. In the case of cats, renter needs to take precautions against cat scratching furniture (paw mittens; scratching post etc.) Parking is free with space for three to four vehicles. Smoking inside apartment is not permitted smoking on the outside balcony is OK as long as due regard is paid to people on downstairs deck. Renter is responsible for keeping the apartment clean. Renter should discuss with owner if they wish to move or substantially rearrange furniture, paintings etc. Lease is for 6-months or 12-months, also negotiable.
