To qualify: gross monthly income of residents must equal or exceed 3x the monthly rent; all applicants must have zero evictions or money judgements; applicants must have good landlord references and rental history or co-signer. We do not allow smoking of any kind in the building. We allow pets (up to 2, monthly per-pet fee and one-time pet deposit) however in this second floor unit we strongly prefer cats or small dogs.
