One bedroom has queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a jr loft twin built into the wall with slanted steps bolted into the floor. The washer and dryer is shared with a studio apartment. Entrance to building is shared only with the studio apartment. Kitchen, dining room, and living room are full sized like a house. Living room, wall connecting to dining area as well as primary bedroom are all painted. 2nd bedroom can be painted by tenant if they choose. Agreement will be put into the lease. Location is 12 miles from Muldoon Exit in Anchorage and 2 miles from Fred Meyers store in Eagle River. Property is on 1 acre lot with surrounding homes also on 1-5 acres. This is a smoke free property: Do not apply if you smoke or vape at all. No drugs either 50 dollar incentive when rent is received before the 1st by landlords. All utilities are included as well as unlimited wifi. pets are negotiable: 500 deposit for each pet. If well behaved animals you will be allowed 2 cats OR 2 small dogs OR combo. Or 1 dog over 30 pounds. Tenants will be responsible for damages to furniture, flooring, etc. They also can't disturb neighbors, so feel free to talk to us about your furry pets. The lease is for 1 year minimum. Will consider a 2 year lease.
