Management
The rental home was absolutely beautiful. However the management company was absolutely horrendous. We didn't qualify, which we had partially were suspicious, but we paid off quite a bit of debt in order to start qualifying except for a few debts (which is what prevented us from renting, go figure). We take fault for not qualifying as we did not know that having the certificate was not enough. The company Red Hawk Property Management proceeded to say some unnecessary rude comments to us and expose details about our credit to the public. Unfortunately after reading numerous comments and reviews online about this management company (and after this experience) I will not be doing any business with this property company. I will also make a point to tell people I know and love not to use this company. Exposing credit details, from a licensed realtor, about a potential renter is never okay.
