Enjoy meals in the indoor dining area or relax on the small patio with outdoor seating for two. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, teas, and everything you need to prepare simple meals. A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, applies for up to 10 people and provides wristbands for access to the resort's amenities. The resort will provide a maximum of 10 wristbands at guest services. Nestled in the beautiful Regal Palms community, this townhome offers a quiet retreat while being just minutes from Orlando's excitement. The community is adjacent to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club and provides a home away from home feel with a wide array of activities and relaxing amenities. The gated community ensures safety with a 24-hour security guard, and a private double driveway accommodates two cars. Self check-in and check-out are available for your convenience. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The property is not baby-proofed, and no smoking or drugs are allowed inside or outside the home. A maximum of 8 guests can be accommodated, and no third-party bookings are allowed without written agreement. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited on the property, and guests are expected to follow additional guidelines posted within the suite.
