The resort will provide a maximum of 10 wristbands at guest services. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The property is not baby-proofed, and no smoking or drugs are allowed inside or outside the home. A maximum of 8 guests can be accommodated, and no third-party bookings are allowed without written agreement. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited on the property, and guests are expected to follow additional guidelines posted within the suite. Violations of these rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
