The unit comes with an AC and parking for one car, in parking lot, laundry room facility on site. We have a wonderful on-site manager and a managing company for all your needs. We will take one or two cats or a dog within 40 pounds, must be approved. This is in the popular Silverlake neighborhood which offers the Sunset Junction in the summertime, antique shops, vintage stores, and quirky cafes.
