Parking is allowed in respective areas on the property, garage, and driveway, accommodating 24 compact vehicles. Towing is enforced for any illegally parked cars; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
This home is a short drive to historic downtown Bryan and local dining favorites like Koppe Bridge, The Tilted Pint Bar & Grill, Christopher's World Grille, Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, Wings N' More, and Fish Daddy's Grill House. Kyle Field is 15 minutes away and historic downtown Bryan is 1012 minutes away.
Smoking is not allowed in or on the property. If there is any evidence of smoking, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. If a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged and the booking may be terminated. All trash must be bagged when placed in a dumpster. There will be a $20 charge if this rule is not followed. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure.
