House has small fenced backyard with garage. Water sewer and garbage is billed to tenant but held in landlords name. Tenant pays for electricity and gas. There is a small unit on the other side of the home with its own entrance. Laundry is shared with the tenant next door (who is super great). All tenants have always been respectful of each other and need to share the laundry room. Absolutely no cigarettes on property. Pets are welcome with an extra deposit, but the deposit is totally refundable. Refundable deposit of $2000 and first month's rent due at signing. MUST have good rental and credit history.
