The rental should be ready to rent by 9/24/2025. It is currently under complete renovation, and the contractors may be done earlier next week, but I won't know for sure until they let me know when they are done. I then have a cleaner coming in afterwards; to go over the apartment with a fine-tooth comb to make sure it is immaculate, and she should also be done with cleaning the unit by the end of the week.
It will be immaculate once it is done, and it will also be in a ready to move in condition. I'm having a brand-new stove and refrigerator being delivered on 9/23/2025, so it definitely cannot be rented until those arrive in the unit on that day. (A bartering system may be approved for the tenant in exchange for a reduced rent of $100.00 and the use of a garage for their vehicle plus internet service. The following would need to be done in exchange: lawn mowing every two weeks, taking out the trash bins weekly, shoveling snow on the walkways, ramp, stairs, dog pen, and in front of the two car garage doors. These arrangements would have to be work on with the landlord and then signed and notarized in the rental agreement.)
