Smoking Policy: Absolutely no smoking indoors or outdoors. Any violation will result in immediate termination of lease and forfeiture of the security deposit

Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 8 AM daily
Insurance: Renters must provide proof of renters insurance prior to move-in
