The building is located in a quieter, more secluded part of Daytona, but it is still a short drive to restaurants, shopping, the Daytona Beach boardwalk and Convention Center, downtown Beach Street, Daytona Lagoon waterpark, and the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. Orlando and Historic St. Augustine are each about an hour away. The balcony is unusable at this time due to a concrete restoration project. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Guests will be responsible for cost of replacement if fobs get wet, lost, or left behind. No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner. The primary guest booking this property must be at least 21 years of age. No smoking is allowed inside the unit or anywhere on the building premises. No parties or events may be held in the unit.
