We are looking for resident(s) that will take on a year lease, if and when construction begins, we will grant a $500 monthly rent concession, lowering rent from $2,200 to $1,700 base rent.

Inside you will find a recently upgraded kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and a spacious living room and bedroom area. The home has a built in air conditioning unit and a full laundry room for extra storage. Unfortunately there is no parking available, it is only street parking for the time being.
One year lease required. We accept pets with a $50 pet fee monthly per pet and $300 pet deposit per pet.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including gas, electricity, wifi/cable and a $50 water fee per tenant per month. Landlord maintains landscaping.
