We love art and have traveled extensively throughout the world, you will find pieces of art from everywhere, including a Murano Chandelier in dining room, French antique chandeliers in upstairs area, antiques throughout the home and art work ranging from Europe and Latin American. Our home is located in one of Portland's hip neighborhoods, between Williams Av and Mississippi St. You can walk to many restaurants and quaint boutiques. Downtown is only a 10 min drive. We love our neighborhood. We have lived here for over 15 years. We love the walkability of it and the proximity to many areas in Portland. Mississippi Street is one of the most charming streets in Portland. Full of character and a mix of historic brick buildings as well as well blended newer buildings. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and a laid back and artsy atmosphere. Williams St is the bicycle highway of Portland with many highlights like Mississippi St. The basement is a separate unit that is rented a as an Airbnb with highly screened guests. It has its seperate yard area on one side of house. There is a tiny house in the backyard behind the separated fence area. There is 1 lovely tenant living there. There would be no shared areas.
