This building is located close to Drexel University, Penn Medical Center and University of Penn main campus. The apartment has two nice sized bedrooms with hardwood floors. There is tile flooring in the kitchen/living room and bathroom. Tenants pay for gas and electric plus $20 per bedroom for cold water! Tenants will also need to obtain renters insurance! Pet Policy: Cats welcome with $300 non-refundable pet fee.
