I moved out of my 2br in Logan Square and I'm helping my landlord find a replacement. I loved loving here and the neighborhood is amazing! The apartment is empty and available ASAP. Criteria is roughly 3x rent in monthly income and they'll run your social and possibly do a credit check). The rent would be prorated based on your move-in date but I'm looking for someone sooner rather than later. I promise it's a lovely walk through a lovely neighborhood. If you can't walk to the train, the Fullerton bus will take you straight to the California Blue Line, or you can be fancy and take the Healy Metra downtown.
