Located in the Windsor Island community, the property also offers outdoor pool loungers and free access to the community water park and amenity center or clubhouse. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side by side and one vehicle on the street in front of the property. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. An ultimate family resort near Disney and other world-class attractions, Windsor Island Resort is a newly constructed community offering first-class amenities. The property is just a couple of minutes walking distance to the clubhouse, which includes a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, a BBQ and picnic area, and a huge clubhouse with arcades, a bar and lounge, and state-of-the-art massage chairs. The immediate area outside the resort offers ample shopping, dining, and entertainment, with all the attractions Orlando is known for just a short drive away, including Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and more. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Self check-in and check-out are available. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The property has a no-smoking and no-drugs policy, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. The property can accommodate a maximum of 15 guests at any given time. There are security cameras by the front door, pointing to the driveway, and at the pool equipment for security purposes. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any rules.
