It is a private location, and the house was generally remodeled a few years ago, and it has a comfy spacious feel to it. The house is one story and has a half bath off of the kitchen and a full size bedroom with two roomy closets and two queen beds, with a full bath and a separate laundry room you can use that leads out to the back deck area. Kitchen has all new appliances that includes a gas stove (instead of electric!), microwave and, a dishwasher. The kitchen has all the cookware, utensils and plates you'll need. There is an attractive natural wood countertop extension or desk in the kitchen. Living room has new efficient heat fireplace and, a Roku 46 inch LCD HDTV with comfortable seating - and a table and chairs. Currently our house is available after March 2025. The house is available for 30+ days rentals. We use the house so availability is not guaranteed. Utilities and Cable internet are included. There are two designated parking spots that accommodate four cars. Small dogs are welcome. This cottage is a 30-day minimum with up to one year lease. There is a private front gate and gated backyard designated for this renter. There is a laundry room inside the unit included in this rental.
