Homer Hillside Cabins are located on 2 beautiful Private Acres offering incredible views of the Bay and mountains from every cabin. We have a total of 5 One Bedroom Cabins and also a gorgeous 3 Bedroom Cabin on the property. A paved road leads directly to the property, making winter access safe and easy and we are located less than One Mile from downtown Homer. You are able to park your vehicle within a few steps of the Cabin. Homer Hillside Cabins are modern, new and nice. Cabin #1 is fully furnished - no Pets are ever allowed in the Cabin or on the property. All of our Cabins are Smoke Free - No Smoking Is Ever Allowed to allow our guests the healthiest environment possible. First and last month's rent due at signing. City of Homer Water and Sewer are Included. ( The water quality is excellent). All Utilities are Included. - these included Electric and Natural Gas. Garbage Service is Provided. High Speed Internet is Included. Snow Plowing is Included whenever 5 inches or more of snow accumulates on the driveway/parking area. Ample Parking is included for 2 vehicles.
