Management
The manager was extremely helpful and gave very honest impressions about the neighborhood now and what it is projected to be. Took time out of his schedule to show me additional properties. Unfortunately the other properties felt cheaply upgraded too, though this was no fault of his own.

Property
Clean and with brand new renovations, a gorgeous exposed brick wall, and tons of natural light. However the price is much to high for its location and the upgrades were cheap: cheap floors, cheap appliances, cheap doors. The second bathroom is so small it doesn’t make sense. The master bathroom has a double vanity for no reason and zero counter space. The bathroom sinks are so narrow they are almost unusable. Overall seems like a cheap renovation at a steep price.
