There's an outdoor deck providing a private outdoor space for you to hang out and enjoy looking out onto the Flat Tops Wilderness Area. Walking distance to the river, creek, sushi restaurant, gas station/market, wellness center, parks, playgrounds, and elementary school. Twenty minute drive to Sunlight Ski Area. One designated driveway parking spot provided. Minutes from shopping, hospital, and downtown.
All utilities included (water, electric, trash/compost/recycling, WIFI). Fully furnished. We will accept 6 month - 1 year leases. First, last and security deposit required but will work with tenant to space out last month rent. Two person occupancy is allowed and rent is $3000. No smoking in apartment or on property. Cleaning supplies provided and additional cleaning supplies/detergents need to be approved by landlord. Dogs considered. Apartment attached to our family home and has its own entrance.
