The property accommodates up to 12 guests and offers a spacious backyard with a charming porch, charcoal grill, and picnic table. You're just a 5-minute drive to Overlook Park and 10 minutes to the Chattanooga Zoo and downtown attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium, Bluff View Art District, and Chattanooga Lookout Stadium. Enter the home through the front door using a code provided at check-in. The main living space features two sleeper sofas and an original fireplace (not for use). Adjacent is the dining room with a table for six, leading to a fully equipped kitchen ready for all your cooking needs. The master bedroom includes a queen and full bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom a queen bed, sharing a hallway bathroom. We are a pet-friendly home with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning fees apply if pet hair or waste is found. Situated in a transitioning neighborhood, this family-friendly area offers a unique charm. While some guests have expressed mixed feelings about the neighborhood, many appreciate its character and have never experienced security issues. Parking is limited in this downtown area, but the driveway accommodates four cars, and Uber and Lyft are readily available. The original fireplace is not for use. Pets are welcome with specific conditions, including a non-refundable fee and cleaning charges if necessary. The neighborhood is transitioning, and while we love it, we acknowledge that guests may have different experiences. Contact-free check-in is available, and we are just a phone call away if needed. The home features a digital keypad for contact-free check-in, providing full and private access to the house. A ring security system and digital door lock enhance security and privacy.
