The apartment was not very clean at all and not painted. The rooms are situated very awkwardly. The hallway was dirty and needs painting, as well as the front door. The outside is full of trash around the house. What a shame for a great neighborhood. Needs a lot of work and attentions. TLC needed. Owner should be ashamed to show a property in that condition.
