The property boasts a spacious flat lot with a fire pit near the water, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. A shallow entry makes it ideal for swimming, and the cottage is less than 30 minutes from Portland. The cottage is designed for relaxation and enjoyment, with direct access to Highland Lake. While the dock and mooring are not available, guests can make use of the two provided kayaks for a day on the water. Please note that guests must bring their own life jackets. The cottage is equipped with internet access, a DVD player, fans, and a window air conditioning unit in the living room. However, there is no cable, washer/dryer, or dishwasher available. The kitchen includes a drip coffee maker and a gas grill is available for outdoor cooking. Dogs are considered with a $125 fee. Linens and towels are not provided but are available to rent at our office. Situated on a flat lot with direct access to Highland Lake, this cottage offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently located less than 30 minutes from the vibrant city of Portland.
