Your amazing kitchen has a refrigerator with built in ice maker, garbage disposal, stove, dishwasher, built in microwave, spacious counter tops with eat in bar top, and tons of cabinet space. Every apartment is sunny and super clean, non-smoking, front door parking (to accommodate 1 car, per person, per apartment). Autumn Chase Apartment Community has 3 ponds with fountains, all within lush immaculate grounds & landscaping. Had along day at work? We are pet friendly and welcome a maximum of 2 pets per apartment with a weight limit not to exceed 70lbs for the first pet and 100lbs combined for both pets. We require a renter's insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $500,000 with the landlord named as the additional insured within the policy.
