The apartment features two queen beds, a spacious kitchen, and a cozy living room with a big Smart TV equipped with Roku. The apartment is thoughtfully designed with two office desks, comfy beds, and a spacious kitchen that includes all major appliances except a dishwasher. The dining room seats four people, and the living room is furnished with a leather loveseat and chair. AC units are provided during the summer for your comfort. One free driveway parking spot is provided, and there is a small garage that may fit one car. Street parking is free during the day, but no overnight parking is allowed. Pets are welcome, and the cleaning fee is negotiable based on the number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets. Situated in a great area to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet close to Cleveland attractions, this apartment is a 9-minute walk or 2-minute drive to local shopping and dining options, including Whole Foods, Target, and Starbucks. It's also a 10-minute drive to Little Italy, Cleveland Clinic, and University Hospital, and about 15 minutes to Severance Hall and Case Western Reserve University. Guests booking a stay between 30-59 days will have a $300 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If this cap is surpassed by more than $25, reimbursement for the overage is required. For stays of 60 days or more, guests are responsible for utility usage except for Wi-Fi and security system. The laundry facilities are located in the basement, and guests must be comfortable using stairs. No more than two cars are allowed at the property. The house is located in a wooded area, and while all precautions are taken to prevent pests, in the rare event of seeing a mouse, the host should be alerted immediately. Snow removal is not provided unless more than 3 to 4 inches accumulate in one day, but snow shovels are available for guest use. Lawn maintenance is taken care of during the spring, summer, and fall. Extra blankets are provided, but no extra pillows are available at this time. The apartment includes a desk area set up in the living room for working or studying, making it ideal for remote work. Wi-Fi is included, but a laptop computer is not provided.
