The lawn care and garbage service will be provided. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping or marijuana use allowed. Any pet would have to be approved in advance and there is a $50 per month extra charge per pet if you bring one. I do require a credit and screening application that you can do online through Zillow Rentals. Renter would pay for electricity and water. Landlord will pay for garbage service and maintenance of the lawn. No smoking or vaping or marijuana use is allowed and I do require at least a one year lease. Any pets have to be approved in advance and for each pet approved there is an extra $50 per month rent charge.
