Relax on lawn chairs or unwind in multiple cozy seating areas, all within a private, fenced yard. Ample driveway space is available for up to 4 vehicles. Our concierge services can arrange boat rentals, chefs, massages, and more. Housekeeping services are available upon request at an additional cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage. Check-in is after 4 PM and checkout is before 11 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon inquiry. Packages may be delivered to the door, and guests are responsible for their retrieval and lost packages. Quiet hours are after 10 PM. The primary guest booking must be at least 25 years of age. All guests must be registered, and no outside guests are allowed. There are strict no noise or gathering rules, and no smoking is permitted. Noise levels after 10 PM must be low in respect to the neighbors. Reserve the property for the actual number of guests; no additional guests without approval. Subletting is not permitted. Surveillance cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. Includes complimentary Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a full-sized ironing board with iron. A laptop computer is not included.
