Primary bedroom with king bed and smart TV has bath with dual vanities and walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has queen bed, smart TV, and bath with single vanity and walk in shower. Bedroom 3 has smart TV and 2 twin beds. A laundry room and 2 car garage round out this floor plan. The owner pays the monthly HOA dues, all utilities, cable and internet. No pets preferred. Small dog may be considered with owner approval of pet and additional $500 pet deposit. Monterey Country Club has nice amenities is situated in prime location, near all of the shopping and dining on El Paseo, plus near the College of the Desert Street Fair, McCallum Theater and Living Desert. While all tenants have access to the many community pools, because this owner has a full membership, tenants renting this property have access to golf for $170 per player per round, which includes the golf cart. They can enjoy the fitness center, pickleball, tennis courts bocce ball and other social amenities for $16 per person per day.
