Bedroom 3 has smart TV and 2 twin beds. A laundry room and 2 car garage round out this floor plan. The owner pays the monthly HOA dues, all utilities, cable and internet. No pets preferred. Small dog may be considered with owner approval of pet and additional $500 pet deposit. Monterey Country Club has nice amenities is situated in prime location, near all of the shopping and dining on El Paseo, plus near the College of the Desert Street Fair, McCallum Theater and Living Desert.
