Pet friendly - we allow one dog (up to 40 lbs) or cat and will consider requests for additional pets on a case-by-case basis. Enclosed shared backyard for dog-walking. Parking permits: $5/month/vehicle for parking in back lot (permit required). Parking space in lot not guaranteed, but usually available. Storage lockers: $7/month for use of storage locker on lower level, if available. Application Submission: Applications will be accepted starting 5/14/25 at 3pm. Applications are not considered received until deemed complete. We will inform you via email once your application has been deemed complete.
