Please feel free to take out the trash and place it in the designated bins, and we try our best to recycle. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional charges, including shipping fees, may apply if personal items are left behind. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. There are exterior cameras at the property for security purposes, and please do not tamper with them. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September, and they're completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn't pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
