3600 Hillsboro Pike

Excellent condition with well kept interior. The updates to the unit are nice additions and for the area it's a fairly spacious unit. Nearby to the pool and easily accessible on the first floor.

The apartment itself was freshly painted and very clean. It is on the 1st level and faces Hillsboro Pike. It didn't seem to get much road noise, but that would be something I worry about. There is a small window type a/c unit in the apartment that also does the heat. I worried this would raise the rate. I was hoping the laundry facilities would be closer to the buildings, but this was not the case. It was $1.50 to do the wash and $2.00 to dry a load of laundry. The apartment though was very cute, had a large closet and living area. The bedroom was good sized too. The kitchen was updated and looked very nice.
