Smoking inside incurs a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, while smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs and no parties or large gatherings are allowed. A $150 charge applies for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean.
