The cleaning fee is also negotiable and is based on the number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets. The driveway and garage are shared with second-floor guests, and street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m. However, cars must be moved into the driveway or garage overnight to avoid tickets. AC units are provided during the summer season. Nestled in the charming area of Shaker Heights, this apartment is ideally situated between downtown Cleveland and University Circle. A short drive will take you to dining, shopping, fitness centers, golf courses, and more, making it a perfect location for both relaxation and exploration. Guests booking a stay between 30-59 days will have a $300 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If this cap is exceeded by more than $25, reimbursement for the overage is required. For stays of 60 days or more, guests are responsible for utility usage reimbursement, except for WiFi and security system. The house is located in a wooded area, so it's common to see wildlife like deer and squirrels. In the rare event of seeing a mouse inside, contact us immediately. No smoking is allowed, and pets must be approved before booking. Be mindful of noise levels, especially with guests on the second floor. Snow removal is provided only if more than 3 to 4 inches accumulate in one day, but snow shovels are available for guest use. Lawn maintenance is taken care of during spring, summer, and fall. Extra blankets are provided, but no extra pillows are available at this time.
