On this floor, you'll find a queen bed and a full bed, with ceiling fans in each bedroom and AC units available during the summer. The third floor offers a private bedroom with a full bed, a full bathroom with a shower and claw-foot tub, and a suite area with one full bed and one twin.
Guests have access to a shared washer and dryer in the basement, and there is a three-car detached garage shared with first-floor tenants. Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m., after which cars must be moved to the driveway or garage to avoid a ticket. Pets are welcome, with the number of pets negotiable, and the cleaning fee is based on the number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets.

WiFi is shared with first-floor tenants, but connectivity should not be an issue. Guests must be comfortable using stairs to access the laundry facilities in the basement. No smoking is allowed, and pets must be approved before booking. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially if there are people staying on the first floor. In the rare event of seeing a mouse inside the house, alert us immediately, and we will address the issue. Snow removal is not provided unless more than three to four inches accumulate in one day, but snow shovels are available for guest use. Lawn maintenance is taken care of during the spring, summer, and fall. Extra blankets are provided, but no extra pillows are available at this time.
