     Management

    Quick response from the property manager and super nice guy. While they would consider a pet if it had good behavior certification, it would have been better if they had been pet friendly, since my dog is only 12 lbs and very well behaved. He also mentioned that he listed it at below market rent to "see what the response would be", so I wondered exactly what that meant. It was great though, that he texted and called very responsibly - I appreciated that.
