Minimum lease term 1yr Deposit + First month's rent due at signing, and last month's rent due with second monthly payment. If starting in the middle of the month, rent will be prorated, but first full month will be charged initially, and prorated amount will be second monthly payment. Owner pays for sewer, trash, water, and snow removal. Background/credit check required at tenant expense (through transunion smartmove or zillow application).
