The lease extends for a six month period then automatically continues month to month. Rent is paid on the first of each and every month as stated without delay. A late fee is applied to late payments. Tenants pay gas and electric. Owner pays water, trash and sewer. Pets are not permitted without written permission from owner. Visitors are not allowed to park on property at anytime. First and last month rents are payable up front and maintenance deposit can be paid over ninety day period.
