    A sweet little basement unit close to everything LoHi and Downtown. Nice and private. 4.8 star ratings on Airbnb. I'm looking for a winter renter who can be self-sufficient while I'm out of town part of the season. The unit is a converted basement in a 1910's home. There are a couple of lower door frames and some concrete steps so it's best for someone who is okay with these quarks. The location in Lohi is excellent and walking distance (less than a block in some cases) to the best bars and coffee shops. I'll be upstairs part of the winter season and there may be renters. This means both parties need to be mindful of late-night noise as there's a shared ceiling/floor. This is the main reason this unit is below market price. This place is furnished as seen in/similar to the pictures. Ask about pets or roommates before sending an application.
