Cute three story red brick apartment building. Neighbors are kind and respectful, there is no drama and it is a pleasant community. Clean apartment on the third floor. No elevator. Cozy and quiet. The apartment includes one assigned, off street parking spot. No pets allowed and smoking as prohibited. There's a noise curfew and people are generally quiet in the building, so please be the same. Ages are mixed from early 20s through 80 years old. Neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and rents are expected to be paid on time. There is a strict application process. Applicants must show that they make three times the rent in one month before being able to schedule a tour. Credit score must be 650 minimum, and the applicant must be able to pay a two month security deposit and sign a one year minimum lease. Water and sewer are included, the tenant is responsible for electricity only. Units are heated by a simple hotel style HVAC system called a PTAC, which resembles a wide air conditioner and is located in the apartment. Trash removal is included and lastly, there is a shared card or app operated laundry room on the first floor. The tenant is responsible for electric and must transfer the electric into their own name upon signing a lease. The term is annual, and the landlord requires a two-month deposit. There is one parking spot that is included in rent only if the tenant owns a car. Parking is assigned, and there are just enough for the residents. Guests MUST park down the street in our public parking lot. No smoking allowed. There is a $500 penalty for any smoking violation. All maintenance issues must be reported promptly, or the tenant must pay damages for the delayed report.
