It's just a short 5-minute drive to Island Park Reservoir and Henry's Fork, and about a mile away from Stoddard Mill kids fishing pond.
The cabin offers a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a fire pit, barbecue grill, and a gravel pad for entertaining. The pull-through driveway and utility trailer parking add convenience to your stay.
Pets are welcome at the property at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment of professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible to pay for any repairs or replacement. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed.
Situated in the Shotgun Valley subdivision, this cabin is just 5 minutes from Island Park Reservoir and Henry's Fork, 40 minutes from Yellowstone's West Entrance, and 1 mile from Stoddard Mill Kids Fishing Pond. The location provides year-round access and is steps away from ATV and snowmobile trails.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. In winter months, guests need 4-wheel drive to navigate winter storms. Due to large amounts of snow, only one 7' by 12' trailer can be squeezed on the property in the winter. Additional or larger trailers can be parked at Keg Springs just down the road. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a fee of $15 per hour past or before the indicated time. If not approved in advance, a $50 unauthorized late check-out fee will be assessed for each hour past the indicated check-out time. Outdoor security cameras may be in use and are disclosed on the listing. No cameras are located in or pointing to indoor spaces. Please lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving to avoid wildlife encounters. Wildlife visitors frequent the area, including bears and moose, so please be cautious and store food and garbage in bear-proof containers. No large bonfires are allowed, and only firewood is permitted to be burned in the fire pit during non-fire-ban seasons. All fires must be fully extinguished with water after use.
