Occupancy & Conduct: The apartment is intended for quiet residential living by tenants listed on the lease. Parties, excessive noise, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. Non-Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking building. Smoking, vaping, and use of hookah or bongs are not permitted anywhere on the premises. No exceptions. Common Areas & Exterior Maintenance: Tenant must keep hallways, stairs, and porch areas clear of personal belongings and debris. Garbage cans must be stored in the backyard except on the night before scheduled pickup. After collection, garbage cans must be promptly returned to the backyard. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the exterior areas in a clean and orderly manner. Winter Maintenance: During winter months, tenant is responsible for clearing snow and ice from the back door steps and the alleyway alongside the house leading to the front sidewalk.
