The property was not properly cleaned as there was debri on the downstairs bedroom floor, the appliances in the kitchen has grime on them, the bathroom tub downstairs had some type of yellow substance in it, and the upstairs bedroom is a loft which was not in the description. The bathrooms and kitchen looked very outdated and the neighborhood was not appealing based on the time we were there. When we pulled up to the property, there was people smoking marijuana on the porch next door with a large dog barking at us.
