Proximity to UT is close (you can take the bus if you're a student) but still feels separated enough from the commotion. Walkable to the Commodore Perry, HEB, and the Hancock Golf course. Neighbors are lovely and very helpful! Very ideal for grad students (a ton of them live in apartments nearby). Also ideal for a couple or two roommates! Can leave some of the furniture if you're interested (dining table, couch, TV) No smoking allowed, renter pays for utilities additional, security deposit is one months rent. 2 cars fit in the garage. There's a couch that you may keep, can also provide dining table if needed. Renter must keep house clean and tidy.
