No parties or events are allowed, and exceeding the maximum number of guests is not permitted. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fee charged if evidence is found. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. The property requires identity verification for all guests aged 18 years or older. There is one security camera and one video doorbell for security purposes. Please do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises.
