The property also features a washer, dryer, and an outside shower for your convenience. Guests can enjoy a variety of paid add-ons, including beach gear rentals with a $50 daily credit for stays of 3 to 21 nights, which can be used for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more. A temporary club membership is available for $200 a day, providing access to community pools, dining, tennis, and the Pete Dye golf course. Car passes are $20 per car, with a maximum of 6 cars allowed. Situated in the private oceanfront gated community of DeBordieu Colony near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, this home offers a unique blend of natural beauty and luxury. The community boasts miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and is conveniently located between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. This property has a strict no-pets and no-smoking policy. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. The maximum number of cars allowed is 6, and guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times. No street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM. Check-in day during the summer is Friday.
